Join Baswares Legal & Sourcing team on-site in Chandigarh leading a 3-person contract data extraction team yourself plus two junior legal/paralegal analysts reporting to the Global Contract Data Lead. The team builds a clean source-attributed dataset from Baswares customer contracts starting with our VIP Strategic and Key segments using an AI-assisted extraction platform (tool selection pending). Youll set up the methodology in week one then run daily production: extracting and QAing contracts training and supporting the two analysts resolving complex cases correcting AI output and partnering with our IT project lead on tooling.
