| Job Purpose | A Lead Solution Analyst plays a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. They collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements document them effectively and translate them into actionable specifications for development teams. Their goal is to ensure that technology aligns with business objectives and delivers optimal value. |
| Duties and Responsibilities | Gathering: with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements. interviews workshops and surveys to understand business needs. and Documentation: business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specifications. Design: with IT and development teams to design and implement solutions. solutions align with business goals and objectives. Management: in project planning scheduling and tracking. with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects. and Validation: test plans and test cases to validate solutions. user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure issues are resolved. Communication: regular communication with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback. and present reports and presentations to management. tracker and updates to business Management: a. Leading and managing a team of business analysts including training mentoring and performance evaluation. | Required Qualifications and Experience | Qualifications a)Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or related field. b)Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. c)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. d)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. e)Proficiency in business analysis tools and software. f)Knowledge of project management methodologies Work Experience a.6-7 years of relevant experience or equivalent degree and presentation skills -solving and critical thinking or equivalent degree Associate in Project Management of Debt Management services. |
