Senior Interior Designer

Parshwa Furnitures is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer with strong expertise in commercial interior spaces and co-working spaces.

The ideal candidate should be capable of handling interior design projects from concept development to execution with a strong understanding of commercial design space planning materials furniture and project coordination.

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts for commercial and co-working spaces.
• Handle projects from concept development to final execution.
• Prepare detailed 2D layouts working drawings furniture layouts and design documentation.
• Develop space planning and ensure efficient utilization of available space.
• Prepare and present design concepts mood boards material selections and finishes.
• Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements preferences and project expectations.
• Coordinate with architects site supervisors production teams contractors and vendors.
• Select appropriate materials furniture finishes colours and design elements.
• Visit project sites to monitor design execution and ensure work matches approved designs.
• Review site measurements and ensure accuracy of drawings and layouts.
• Make design modifications based on site conditions and client requirements.
• Ensure designs are practical functional aesthetically appealing and within project requirements.
• Support the team in resolving design and execution-related issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of design deliverables.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in interior design.
• Commercial interior design experience is mandatory/preferred.
• Experience in co-working spaces will be highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of commercial space planning and interior execution.
• Excellent knowledge of interior design concepts materials furniture and finishes.
• Ability to create professional design presentations and working drawings.
• Strong client communication and presentation skills.
• Good coordination and project management abilities.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Candidates with a strong portfolio of commercial interior projects will be preferred.
