Location: Hyderabad Work Arrangement: Hybrid (3 days per week in office)

The Senior Developer is responsible for the overall performance of the product by applying core principles of software engineering to the design development maintenance testing and evaluation of this role you will ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software within release timelines and guidelines bringing technical leadership influence and a passion for craftsmanship to a collaborative high-performing team.

• Develop complex code based on functional specifications; complete logic and algorithm design in alignment with established standards and translate software requirements into design specifications ensuring adherence throughout
• Perform complex peer code reviews and analysis; provide insight on the broader impact of software changes and influence technical guidance to other team members
• Test code to verify it meets technical specifications and is working as intended before submitting to code review; create and apply automated tests and test principles to software changes including unit tests
• Influence and lead on team standards processes and events including planning work estimation solution demos reviews and implementation design discussions
• Contribute to the implementation of the delivery pipeline including test automation security and performance; make recommendations for internal process improvements and product documentation
• Mentor coach train and provide feedback to team members; research complex escalations for production issues or software code issues to ensure the stability of the application

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience with a background in data structures algorithms software design and continuous software delivery
• 6 years significant experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including C# .NET Python or JavaScript with experience in front-end development using modern frameworks such as React Angular or and strong proficiency in HTML CSS and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience working in Windows/Linux development environments with open-source tools and platforms along with demonstrated experience with build environments delivery pipelines test automation and continuous integration tools
• Strong oral and written communication skills with a professional demeanor strong collaboration critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical and constructive feedback to team members
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage projects to completion with minimal oversight; demonstrated ability to influence motivate and mobilize team members and business partners

• Experience working with AI tools and a strong ability to independently learn and apply emerging technologies and best practices
• Understanding of responsive design cross-browser compatibility and UI/UX best practices
• Passionate intellectually curious and a sharp fast learner with strong technology curiosity and aptitude
• Strong ability to use original thinking to translate goals into the implementation of new ideas and design solutions
• Good ability to establish rapport and gain the trust of others with proven effectiveness at gaining consensus across teams
