Senior Human Resources Generalist

Lytx India is looking for an experienced HR Generalist with strong HR Business Partner (HRBP) and employee relations exposure to support day-to-day HR operations while partnering closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives and support our growing site in India.

Youll Get To:

• Provide first-level mentoring to employees and managers on employee discretionary policies mentoring and various lifecycle processes and moments that matter
• Managing employee relations role changes and exit interview
• Drive operational excellence across case management by ensuring accuracy efficiency documentation integrity and timely resolution
• Deliver consistent compliant and high-quality customer service
• Support performance reviews talent development and retention initiatives
• Maintain a data-driven approach using insights to improve employee experience and streamline processes
• Advise managers on HR policies employee concerns and people decisions
• Partner with managers on workforce planning performance management (PIPs) and employee development
• Drive engagement initiatives and support culture-building programs
• Support employee development plan for high potential employees and all employees across organization
• Maintain HR data dashboards and ensure compliance with local labour laws
• Handle complete employee and manager inquiries including complicated and escalated situations applying strong communication critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Working with global teams in a highly matrixed global organization
• Proactively anticipate operational risks and implement preventive scalable solutions to mitigate impact

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and navigating complex scenarios
• The Position requires in office and remote/hybrid work in Bangalore India

Preferred Attributes:

• MBA / Masters degree in HR or a related field
• 8 years of HR experience covering both HR Generalist and HRBP responsibilities
• Employee relations experience is an added advantage
• High emotional intelligence and cultural sensitivity
• Working knowledge of HRIS is preferred
