Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business plan and strategy.
- Manage the recruitment process ensuring the attraction of high-quality talent.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive work environment.
- Oversee performance management processes and establish clear performance metrics.
- Ensure all HR policies and practices comply with labor regulations.
- Manage employee relations addressing grievances and conflict resolutions.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Analyze HR metrics and implement data-driven changes to improve retention and satisfaction.
Requirements
- M.B.A. in Human Resources or a related field.
- 7-11 years of experience in HR management specifically in the e-commerce industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws in India.
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with HR software and tools.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
