Job Description Senior Group Manager Shipping & Logistics OpsKey Role in the Shipping & Logistics Operations leadership team responsible to drive business ensuring delivery within the SLAs with high emphasis on client management high customer satisfaction team efficiency and role needs a strategic Shipping & Logistics professional with excellent stakeholder management skills high executive presence and ability to multi-task in a highly complex and fast evolving technology-driven BPM domain client acumen is a experience with Shipping & Logistics in Back Office Environment Excellent communication skills and demonstrated client management experience with strong orientation to governance and interaction-Excellent Client Management aiming at excellent Voice of Customer (VOC) scores and basis interaction with the client help WNS gain further business and help ramp management-Responsible for management and coordination of overall operations SLA delivery across all processes quality and general administration for a very key conference calls/other communication with the client and build a rapport with key client Management and People Development -Lead & motivate a team of Support and Operation Leaders and ensure their development through direct coaching/feedback wherever required Support Learning and development initiatives Coaching and counseling staff motivation retention implement rewards/recognition appraisal & Incentive cross-functional teams to encourage team Skill set:Experience working in milestone and deadline driven to influence leadership work with people and drive towards common solutions and issue coaching team leaders and working teams in delivering their communication and presentation numerical and analytical business supporting new business co-ordination with Projects and US to meet SLA supportResponsible for ensuring the infrastructure utilization is done keeping in view the business requirements/new process people management role and ensure talent is developed and cultivated in transformation via Consolidation/Harmonisation/Automations (incld. RPA/Power BI)
