Role Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Senior Gen AI Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on
experience in building Python backend services and production-ready AI solutions to join our
dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing developing deploying and maintaining
AI components APIs and retrieval systems that integrate into our digital products.
You have a solid technical background in Python-based backend development cloud services
and modern AI tooling.
You will play a key role in mentoring team members and contributing to a collaborative
forward-thinking development environment.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop AI-driven backend services including APIs agentic AI solutions and
retrieval components.
Implement LLM-powered RAG solutions using Azure AI Search and Azure OpenAI.
Build and maintain document indexing pipelines across SharePoint file systems databases
and internal systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional cross-cultural teams distributed across the globe.
Participate in code reviews and testing of developed solutions.
Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in AI engineering.
Act as a mentor to team members by providing guidance sharing knowledge and fostering a
collaborative and supportive learning environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Python backend development including 3 years focused
on using and integrating AI services.
Strong programming skills in Python backend development and proficiency with Azure Cloud
Services and the Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Ideally familiar with FastAPI and Azure Functions
Experience with No-SQL Databases (e.g. MongoDB Azure AI Search ...) Docker and
Infrastructure-as-Code are a plus
Familiarity with agile software development processes (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Experience with Git version control and CI/CD tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
