Job Summary
Design develop and support scalable MLS solutions within the Paragon platform. Lead technical initiatives deliver high-quality software and collaborate across product architecture and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain MLS applications C# React and SQL Server.
- Design APIs integrations and cloud-based services.
- Participate in architecture code reviews and technical planning.
- Mentor developers and promote engineering best practices.
- Optimize performance reliability security and scalability.
- Partner with Product QA and business stakeholders to deliver customer value.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Information Technology or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of software development experience.
- Strong expertise in C# .NET/Core REST APIs and SQL Server.
- Experience with React TypeScript JavaScript HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of Azure CI/CD pipelines Git and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with MLS platforms and real estate technology.
- Knowledge of RESO standards and MLS data integrations.
- Experience with microservices Docker Kubernetes and Elasticsearch.
- Prior technical leadership or mentoring experience.
