Senior Facilities Manager (Soft Services)
Account Management Work Dynamics (region/country)
Role Purpose
Manage end-to-end facility operations for assigned Schneider Electric offices IO locations engineering centers or customer sites while ensuring safety compliance uptime employee experience and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily facility operations including electrical HVAC fire & safety UPS DG sets plumbing and building maintenance.
- Ensure statutory compliance with local regulations and Schneider Electric EHS standards.
- Lead vendor management for housekeeping security cafeteria transport and technical services.
- Monitor facility budgets energy consumption and cost optimization initiatives.
- Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Handle audits inspections and risk assessments.
- Manage workspace planning office moves and infrastructure projects.
- Support sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare operational reports KPI dashboards and service-level reviews.
Experience & Skills
- 1015 years in facilities management corporate real estate facilities & operations.
- Knowledge of BMS electrical systems HVAC and safety regulations.
- Vendor and contract management experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS tools SAP or ServiceNow is preferred.
Education
- B.E./ (Electrical/Mechanical) or Facility Management-related qualification (prfered with MBA) or Facility Management certification preferred.
Cluster Lead Facilities / Multi-Site Operations
Role Purpose
Lead facility operations across multiple Schneider Electric locations within a region/cluster ensuring standardization operational excellence compliance and budget control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple Facility Managers and site teams across assigned locations.
- Define cluster-wide maintenance safety and operational standards.
- Drive SLA performance and governance with facility management partners.
- Own regional budgeting forecasting and cost optimization.
- Lead contract negotiations and vendor performance reviews.
- Ensure business continuity crisis management and emergency preparedness.
- Monitor KPIs for uptime compliance employee satisfaction and energy performance.
- Coordinate infrastructure upgrades expansion projects and workplace transformation initiatives.
- Partner with HR IT EHS Procurement and Business Leaders across locations.
Experience & Skills
- 1015 years in facilities real estate industrial operations workplace services or multi-site management.
- Proven experience leading geographically dispersed teams.
- Strong contract financial and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of EHS statutory compliance and facility technologies.
- Ability to travel across cluster locations.

Leading daily property operations
Are you a seasoned facilities expert with solid leadership skills Working with a team youll manage the daily client activities for the assigned property or facility. Likewise you will implement building procedures and performance measuresand ease the path for compliance with these. Youll also boost on-site operations by promoting best practices and developing better processes. On top of these youll be at the helm of property safety by encouraging adherence to health and safety standards.
Getting the clients thumbs up
Youll be working frequently with clientsthats why youll need to build strong relationships with them. Youll be expected to proactively make sure that the clients expectations are always met. Youll also serve as the main point of contact for any facilities-related concerns.
Keeping an eye on contracts and the budget
Do you have a proven track record in finance management In this role you will take charge of the sites budget accounting and financial operations. Youll also coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that they comply with the procurement processes and deliver quality work practices according to the contract and budget.

Adept at facilities management
Youll need to have six to eight years experience in facilities management or other related fields to land this job. A SCEM certification a working knowledge of occupational safety and exposure to life sciences environment may also give you leverage in getting the job. You must also have a solid background in contract management budget supervision customer service and stakeholder engagement.
Highly analytical and engaging
The ideal candidate can effectively resolve complex issues through quantitative methods and holistic approaches. Youll also need to be a goal-oriented manager who is an expert in health and safety requirements vendor management and property technical systems management.
