Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Executive / Senior Export Executive to manage export operations documentation logistics coordination and international shipments. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in export documentation customs procedures export incentives and shipment planning within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong coordination skills attention to detail and the ability to ensure smooth execution of export processes while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end export documentation and ensure compliance with export regulations.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents invoices packing lists and customs documentation.

• Coordinate with freight forwarders shipping lines and Customs House Agents (CHA) for smooth shipment execution.

• Manage export incentive applications and related documentation.

• Process and monitor Bank Realization Certificates (BRC) and other export-related compliance requirements.

• Plan and coordinate container movements shipment schedules and logistics activities.

• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and dispatch.

• Handle purchase-related activities associated with export operations.

• Draft professional emails and maintain communication with international customers and stakeholders.

• Maintain accurate records of export transactions and shipment status.

• Resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Support management with export reports and operational updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Commerce Business Administration Logistics Supply Chain or a related field.

• 38 years of experience in Export Documentation and International Logistics.

• Experience working in a manufacturing company is mandatory.

• Strong knowledge of export documentation customs procedures and international trade regulations.

• Hands-on experience with BRC export incentives and CHA documentation.

• Knowledge of container planning and shipment coordination.

• Excellent communication and email drafting skills.

• Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office and export documentation processes.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
