Key Responsibilities

1. Enterprise Risk Management (ERM): Maintenance of the enterprise-wide risk register ensuring timely identification assessment and mitigation of business operational regulatory and financial risks.

1. Regulatory & Compliance Oversight: Drive compliance initiatives by managing FEMA-related issues resolving legacy regulatory cases and ensuring adherence to RBI guidelines and applicable legal frameworks.

1. Risk Reporting & Governance: Prepare and present risk reports MIS and dashboards to the senior leadership enabling informed decision-making and strong governance practices.

1. Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business finance legal and compliance to ensure effective risk ownership governance alignment and resolution of critical issues.

1. Policy & Process Development: Design review and implement policies frameworks and procedures that strengthen risk management and governance systems across the organization.

1. Audit & Strategic Support:Contribute toaudits regulatory reviews and product development initiatives byprovidingrisk-based insightsaccuratedocumentation and recommendations to improve governance tools and processes.
