About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of recruitment experience with strong expertise in hiring for Digital Marketing roles. This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment build strong talent pipelines and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs role expectations and timelines.
- Source screen and interview candidates for Digital Marketing positions including SEO PPC Content Writing Social Media Performance Marketing Graphic Design and related roles.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals LinkedIn referrals social media networking and other recruitment channels.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills communication cultural fit and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interview scheduling collect feedback negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics maintain accurate records in the ATS and prepare regular hiring reports.
- Stay updated with recruitment trends employer branding initiatives and best hiring practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
- Strong experience recruiting for Digital Marketing roles such as SEO PPC Performance Marketing Content Writing Social Media Graphic Design Email Marketing and related positions.
- Excellent sourcing skills using LinkedIn Naukri Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong interviewing stakeholder management negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously while meeting hiring deadlines.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in agency recruitment or Digital Marketing recruitment.
- Strong understanding of the Digital Marketing ecosystem and various marketing functions.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and hiring dashboards.
- Experience in employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
- Ability to work in a target-driven fast-paced recruitment environment.
