1. Having experience Automotive / Metal Cutting industry.
2. Assembly process of Gear box Pump and Injection Systems.
3. Working Knowledge & Experience in
- Hydraulics & Pneumatics.
- Development of SPMs & Process of proving out in SPMs.
- Poka Yoke Vision system
- Fixture design & Assembly Tool design and selection
- Selection of Assembly power tools like DC Nut runners electrical torque Wrenches.
- Development of Assembly test rigs using torque flow & temperature sensors.
- APQP PFMEA operation flow stage drawing & SOP.
- SPMs using load cell LVDT & PLC (programme Logical Controller)
- Auto Cad Solid Works Excel & PPT.
