Were looking for aSenior Software Engineer - BI who expects more from their career. Its a chance to extend and improve dunnhumbys Data Science Platform. The Business Intelligence (BI) squad is responsible for integrating our BI platform into our Data Science Platform products and internal workflows.
Joining our engineering team youll work with passionate people to build extend and maintain our BI platform that will underpin all our client engagements and internal work is varied giving you the flexibility to move between products and technologies so natural curiosity is essential. As a team were friendly will help you get up to speed and offer you plenty of opportunities to innovate.

What we expect from you
5 years of experience in SQL database modelling semantic layers and data visualization
Experience working with Business Intelligence tools(Looker preferred)
Experience working with cloud technologies (GCP & Azure)
Solid understanding of high-quality coding testing and development practices

Preferable skills:
Familiarity with technical architecture paradigms like microservices or event-driven
Experience with programming languages like Python JavaScript or TypeScript
Familiarity with AI concepts like the Model Context Protocol (MCP) AI agents and prompt engineering
