Senior Engineer Network

• Design configure maintain and troubleshootenterprise LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
• Configure and managerouters switches firewalls wireless infrastructure and network devices.
• Troubleshoot complex network issues related toconnectivity routing latency packet loss and network performance.
• Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols such asOSPF BGP EIGRP and static routing.
• Configure and manageVLANs Trunking STP EtherChannel HSRP/VRRP and other switching technologies.
• Monitor network performance availability capacity and utilization.
• Perform network configuration changes upgrades migrations and maintenance activities.
• TroubleshootTCP/IP DNS DHCP NAT VPN ARP ICMP and other network-related issues.
• Work closely withsecurity systems cloud application and telecom teams to resolve infrastructure issues.
• Configure and troubleshootsite-to-site and remote-access VPNs.
• Analyze network traffic using tools such asWireshark and other packet-analysis utilities.
• Implement and troubleshootQoS for critical applications voice and video traffic.
• Maintain network diagrams configurations technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Handle incidents problems and changes in accordance withITIL processes.
• Coordinate with ISPs and vendors forWAN circuit hardware and connectivity-related issues.
• Participate in network infrastructure projects audits upgrades and disaster recovery activities.

• Strong hands-on experience inNetworking and Network Infrastructure.
• Excellent knowledge ofTCP/IP LAN WAN VLAN VPN DNS DHCP NAT and subnetting.
• Hands-on experience withCisco routers and switches or equivalent enterprise networking equipment.
• Strong understanding ofRouting & Switching.
• Experience withOSPF BGP EIGRP STP HSRP/VRRP.
• Knowledge ofWAN technologies MPLS SD-WAN and Internet connectivity.
• Good understanding ofnetwork security firewalls ACLs IPS/IDS and VPNs.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools such asSolarWinds PRTG Nagios or equivalent.
• Hands-on experience withWireshark and network troubleshooting tools.
• Knowledge ofIPv4/IPv6 subnetting IP addressing and network troubleshooting.
• Understanding ofQoS and network performance optimization.

• Experience withCisco ASA/Firepower Fortinet Palo Alto or Check Point firewalls.
• Exposure toCisco ACI SD-WAN SDN or data-center networking.
• Knowledge ofCloud Networking AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Experience withF5 Load Balancers or other ADC technologies.
• Exposure to network automation usingPython Ansible or REST APIs.
• CCNA / CCNP certification or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience working in a247 production support environment.
