Job Summary

A Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Engineerprovides independent unbiased verification that materials equipment and structures comply with quality standards technical specifications and safety regulations. They conduct on-site inspections non-destructive testing (NDT) and document reviews during manufacturing construction or shutdown projects to ensure safety and quality.

• Supplier & Vendor Management:Identify potential suppliers evaluate offers negotiate contract terms and build lasting relationships.
• Procurement & Ordering:Process purchase requisitions issue purchase orders (POs) and manage the purchasing lifecycle including tracking deliveries.
• Inventory Control:Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking and assist with demand forecasting.
• Cost & Quality Optimization:Analyze market trends to optimize procurement costs review product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Documentation & Reporting:Maintain accurate records of purchases invoices and supplier agreements while generating reports on procurement costs and performance.
