Job Description:

• Develop automated test frameworks for validating MPLAB Extensions for VS Code Microchip Partner Development Tools MPLAB Discover and AI-powered Microchip development tools.
• Validate debugging tools including MPLAB X Simulator MPLAB ICD5 and Pickit5.
• Design and implement automated test frameworks and workflow automation using AI.
• Create and execute test plans in accordance with specifications.
• Work as an individual contributor while also being capable of leading projects when required.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• 57 years of experience in software development and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of C Embedded C and scripting languages such as Python
• Hands-on experience in developing test automation frameworks for GUI and embedded tools.
• Good understanding of embedded software testing processes test plan creation and execution.
• Familiarity with MPLAB X IDE VS code extensions DevOps practices Selenium CICD tools (Jenkins) and bug tracking tools.
• Experience working with 8/16/32-bit microcontrollers for developing or testing embedded applications
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Self-motivated team player with the ability to multitask.
• Bachelors degree (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication or Computer Science from a reputed institute.

• Experience in test automation and workflow automation using AI tools.
• Experience with Playwright or Squish for UI test automation.
