Inspection & Testing: Perform detailed incoming in-process and final inspections of electrical assemblies wire harnesses avionics racks and circuit board assemblies (PCBAs).
Compliance & Standards: Ensure all products meet strict aerospace standards including AS9100IPC-A-610IPC/WHMA-A-620.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate electrical failures non-conformances and test deviations. Lead the corrective and preventive action (CAPA) processes to ensure issues dont repeat.
Auditing: Conduct internal audits of manufacturing processes test setups and supplier facilities to maintain high-quality benchmarks.
Documentation: Review and approve manufacturing routers test logs engineering drawings and First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) per AS9102.
Prepare and maintain inspection plans checklists NCR MRB and CAPA records.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with AS9100 and DGCA airworthiness requirements.
Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with manufacturing engineering and supply chain teams to resolve quality bottlenecks and improve production yields.
