Qualification: BTech Mechanical/Industrial Engineering

Experience: 7–10 years of experience in Quality Process Excellence or Manufacturing Quality.

Salary: As per Industry Standard

Job Role:
We are looking for a Quality Operations Engineer to help improve product quality and manufacturing processes. The person will work closely with production engineering and quality teams to identify problems reduce defects improve efficiency and ensure customer requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor quality on the production floor.
- Investigate quality issues and customer complaints.
- Analyze defects scrap and rework to identify improvement opportunities.
- Work with teams to solve manufacturing and quality problems.
- Ensure quality standards and procedures are followed.
- Review production data and prepare reports.
- Support process improvement and automation projects.
- Travel to manufacturing sites when required.

Requirements:
- Experience in factory environments such as injection molding stamping fabrication or assembly.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or quality tools is a plus.
