Job Summary
Responsible for Implement the FMEA Control Plan and WI with reference of Central POMS requirement.
Ensure the Green tire quality with daily audit
Disposition of Held up Carcass and Green Tire.
Ensure the Product and Machine quality through daily PoMS compliance audit.
Raise quality alert related to Local and Central issue
Provide support to Product Industrilisation department related to develop any new article.
Ensure the Exact scrap quantity posting in SAP and MVTS . This help to find out the exact scrap quantity.
Communication with team related with any abnormalities .
Ensure the follow up of the action plan decided to reduce the Scrap 3 & Scrap 4 and Scrap 6
Cpk study of component as per process requirement.

Raise quality alert related to Local and Central issue. ..Monitoring of Bladder life
Timely disposition for Cure Voilation related tires.
Ensure the Cmk of new curing press.
Qualifications :
- Diploma / in Mechanical Chemical Polymer or related field.
- 15 years of experience in curing/uniformity or tire manufacturing (preferred).
Additional Information :
1-2 years of experience in the Tire Industry or circa 1-2 years of experience other manufacturing business
Strong interpersonal and communication skills a committed team player eager to work in a multicultural environment.
