Job Summary
Role Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our Advanced Flight Management System (FMS) team. The ideal candidate will have strong avionics software development experience mandatory hands-on experience in Flight Management Systems and expertise in developing safety-critical software in a DevOps environment. The role requires ownership of product quality collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and a mindset focused on delivering optimized and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
DO178 Level A verification experience
Very good knowledge on C.
Display products experience will be plus
Design develop integrate and verify safety-critical FMS software.
Work in a DevOps environment contributing to CI/CD and continuous improvement.
Own product quality and ensure compliance with DO-178B/C standards.
Collaborate with Systems Certification and other cross-functional teams.
Works on software design coding integration and verification
Drive software optimization automation and engineering best practices.
Mentor team members and contribute to technical excellence.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors or masters degree in aerospace Electronics Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
3 to 10 years of experience in avionics software development.
Mandatory experience in Flight Management System (FMS) software development. User Interface skills are recommended
Strong knowledge of DO-178B/C and software design development integration and verification.
Experience working in a DevOps environment with CI/CD practices.
Strong programming skills in C/C scripting languages and embedded real-time software development.
Excellent analytical problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
