Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8-12 years of experience in designing developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow implementation projects ITSM CMDB Custom Application Development and Integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.
• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using platform best practices.
• Develop and maintain ITSM modules including Incident Problem Change Request Knowledge and Service Catalog.
• Design and maintain CMDB and support Discovery-related implementations.
• Develop custom applications using App Engine/Studio.
• Build workflows and automate business processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development experience.
• Hands-on experience in multiple end-to-end ServiceNow implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in:
  • ITSM
  • CMDB
  • Custom Application Development
  • Integrations (REST SOAP IntegrationHub MID Server)
• Experience with JavaScript Glide API Service Portal and Flow Designer.
• Knowledge of App Engine Studio and Service Catalog.
• Experience with ACLs Notifications Scheduled Jobs Import Sets and Transform Maps.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and best practices.
• Excellent analytical debugging and communication skills.
