Senior Data Operations Analyst, NIQ One Platform

Job Purpose: 

The One Platform Senior Operations analyst StatOps plays a key execution role in the rollout setup and validation of markets and projection used in the client output in our One Platform ecosystem with a strong focus on Madras and its integration with upstream and downstream platforms for the set up and BAU maintenance (e.g. Sirval GSRS NRSP Delivery Management On Demand and T&D DWH).  

This role is designed for an execution analyst who ensures that market and projection set up in Madras is executed properly and according to the country rollout schedule validates the results vs. Legacy and to sign off and confirm results can be used in client output. And manages any additional BAU maintenance activities required in Madras for delivery to clients in Discover according to delivery commitments 

Job Responsibilities  

Platform Setup & Rollout Execution 

• Support initial setup and configuration activities in Madras as part of One Platform onboarding of clients across countries. Using the available automation tools and load functionalities 

• Executes the checks on data correctness.  

• Supports the RCA in case of issues identified during the checks 

• Executes corrections needed in Madras when needed as an outcome of the RCA on identified issues 

BAU Operations & Monitoring 

• Perform daytoday operational monitoring of Madras processes as part of One Platform in BAU. 

• Identify analyse and support resolution of operational issues across platform flows. 

• Participate actively in regular platform governance and working sessions. 

Role Requirements  

Required Skills & Experience 

• Technical & Domain Knowledge 

• Working knowledge of Madras (configuration monitoring BAU flows). 

• Basic understanding of T&D DWH and data flows. 

• Experience working with enterprise data platforms or operational systems. 

• Analytical skills 

Experience 

• 24 years experience in operations execution roles within datadriven or platformbased environments. 

• Handson experience supporting system rollout BAU operations or platform stabilization. 

• Exposure to multicountry or global operating models is preferred. 

Ways of Working 

• Strong execution mindset with attention to detail and operational discipline. 

• Ability to work effectively in crossfunctional and crossregional teams. 

• Comfortable operating in environments with delivery deadlines and the pressure of a high profile project. 

• Clear verbal and written communication skills in English.
