Senior Credit Analyst – Field Work Executive

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Location : Rajkot & Surat

We are looking for a confident and professional Senior Credit Analyst – Field Work to develop business opportunities for our CIBIL & Credit Bureau services.

The role involves regular visits to banks and financial institutions meeting Branch Managers Credit Managers and other concerned officials building strong professional relationships identifying relevant opportunities generating leads and maintaining regular follow-ups.

1. Daily Bank & Financial Institution Visits

• Complete 24 professional visits per day to Banks NBFCs Co-operative Banks and other relevant financial institutions.
• Meet Branch Managers Credit Managers and concerned officials.
• Professionally introduce and explain the company's CIBIL & Credit Bureau services.
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with bank officials.

2. CIBIL / Credit Bureau Lead Generation

• Identify customers who may require CIBIL Score / Credit Report checking before applying for a loan.
• Generate relevant CIBIL and Credit Bureau-related leads through Bank Managers and other professional contacts.
• Achieve the lead targets assigned according to the selected salary range and performance structure.

3. Relationship & Referral Development

• Develop long-term professional relationships with Bank Managers and financial professionals.
• Regularly follow up with professional contacts and build a strong referral network.
• Create consistent business opportunities through professional interactions.

4. Daily Reporting

• Submit visit details immediately after every visit.
• Maintain accurate records of visits meetings and leads generated.
• Complete daily activity and lead reporting as per company guidelines.

• Graduate preferred.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confident in meeting Bank Managers and senior professionals.
• Comfortable with daily field work and travelling within the assigned area.
• Disciplined and performance-oriented approach.
• Experience in Banking Finance Credit Field Sales or Relationship Management will be an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.

This is NOT a Loan Sales Job.

The candidate will not be responsible for selling loans. The role is focused on:
