Job Summary
Job Description: Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives for offshore data science teams. Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Collaborate with Product Owners data engineers and data scientists to manage the product backlog and ensure clear communication of requirements. Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the teams progress ensuring smooth project execution. Track and report on team performance metrics ensuring transparency and accountability. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices with a focus on data science projects. Coordinate with onshore teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across different time zones. Promote a collaborative and inclusive team environment encouraging knowledge sharing and continuous learning. Requirements: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is a plus.
