Your work profile

• Lead end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion P2P modules including Procurement Sourcing Supplier Portal and Payables
• Gather and analyze business requirements; translate them into functional specifications and system configurations
• Configure Oracle Fusion applications aligned with client needs and industry best practices
• Facilitate workshops stakeholder discussions and solution design sessions
• Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations extensions and reporting requirements
• Support data migration testing (SIT/UAT) and deployment activities
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and timelines

Key skills required

• 58 years of experience in Oracle ERP with at least 23 years in Oracle Fusion P2P
• Strong functional knowledge of:
• Procurement (Purchasing Self-Service Procurement)
• Payables (Invoice Processing Payments)
• Supplier Lifecycle Management
• Experience in at least 12 full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations
• Good understanding of business processes across Procure-to-Pay lifecycle
• Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
• Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced client-driven environment
