Your work profile
- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules including:
- Work Execution Work Definition Production Scheduling and Costing (basic exposure)
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best practices aligned with Oracle Cloud capabilities
- Configure Oracle Fusion Manufacturing modules and validate setups with business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory Procurement Order Management Costing)
- Support integrations with upstream/downstream systems (SCM MES third-party tools)
- Drive testing phases including SIT and UAT; support deployment and hypercare
- Analyze and improve manufacturing processes such as discrete manufacturing shop floor execution and production planning
- Provide functional guidance to technical teams for reports integrations and extensions
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to solution accelerators and knowledge assets
Key skills required
- 58 years of experience in Oracle ERP / SCM with at least 23 years in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing
- Strong understanding of:
- Manufacturing (Discrete Manufacturing Work Orders Shop Floor Execution)
- Inventory Management and Supply Chain processes
- Basic Costing concepts related to manufacturing
- Experience in at least 12 full-cycle Oracle Fusion SCM / Manufacturing implementations
- Good understanding of end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing lifecycle
- Exposure to integrations (REST/SOAP APIs) and reporting tools (OTBI/BI Publisher)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience
