This role will be based out of Bengaluru India


- Experience with the principles and practices of compensation and benefits systems and relevant legislation in the EU region
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience creating dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data
- Experience in finance compensation or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices
- Experience leading complex programs with significant change impact across organizational boundaries
- Experience with Excel

- Strong problem solving communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will be well organized and confident to work independently but will be a strong team player. Ability to create dynamic tools and models to interpret and analyze data. Ability to connect disparate data sources and operationalize tasks. Comfortable with large data sets. Highly analytical and quantitative skills and detail-driven with emphasis on accuracy coupled with the ability to see the broader picture. Experience enhancing and/or implementing compensation systems and reporting tools. Proficiency in Excel Macros; familiarity with SQL Power BI Power Pivot and Tableau experience is preferred. Proficiency in writing clear narratives that effectively translate concepts decisions and data insights while adapting communication style appropriately for different stakeholders.
