JD:

We are seeking a candidate who can function as a Tech BSA with Agile/Scrum delivery experience capable of owning requirements from intake through production implementation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner closely with Product Owners Engineering Leads Architects QA teams and business stakeholders.
• Lead requirements gathering analysis and documentation activities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage and maintain Jira backlog story readiness and backlog hygiene.
• Support sprint planning backlog refinement and delivery execution.
• Facilitate requirement clarification and answer functional questions during development and testing.
• Coordinate SIT UAT production validation and release readiness activities.
• Identify dependencies risks and gaps proactively and work across teams to drive resolution.
• Serve as the primary offshore functional point of contact for assigned initiatives.

Required Experience

• 8 years of Business Systems Analysis experience.

• Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Proven experience partnering directly with Product Owners and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Banking or Financial Services industry experience is required.

Experience in Commercial Lending is highly desirable including familiarity with:

• Commercial Loan Servicing
• Loan Modifications and Renewals
• Construction Lending
• Syndicated Lending
• Credit and Lending Operations
