Senior Business Analyst

Total Experience: 06-08 years

Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements Analysis & Functional Design:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and convert them into clear:

• User stories
• Functional and technical Specification Documents (FSD)
• Business rules and data mappings

Maintain clear traceability between requirements design and testing deliverables (RTM concept)

Test Design & Execution: 

• Convert requirements into test plans test cases and test scripts for functional regression and integration testing.
• Understanding of testing lifecycle and defect management

Concept & Methodologies: 

• Strong working knowledge of Agile/Scrum environments. 
• Good understanding of Data transformation logic and API-based integrations.
• Expertise in SQL queries generation.

Good to Have: 

• Expertise in performance tuning.
• Good understanding of ETL concepts and tools.

Qualifications :

BE/BTech/MCA
