Job Title: AV Engineer / Senior AV Engineer Location: Kolkata CTC: Up to 10 LPA Experience: Minimum 3 Years Industry: Home Automation & Audio-Visual (AV) Integration About the Role We are seeking a skilled and motivated AV Engineer with a strong background in Home Automation and Audio-Visual Systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing installing commissioning troubleshooting and supporting high-end residential and commercial AV and automation projects. The role requires technical expertise project execution capabilities and the ability to lead installation teams. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Home Automation and AV system solutions based on client requirements. Prepare technical drawings layouts and system schematics using AutoCAD (Mandatory). Execute installation testing commissioning and troubleshooting of AV and automation systems. Conduct site surveys and provide technical recommendations for project execution. Configure and integrate AV equipment control systems networking devices and automation platforms. Lead and supervise installation teams to ensure timely project completion. Diagnose and resolve hardware software and system integration issues. Coordinate with clients vendors dealers and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain project documentation BOQs technical reports and as-built drawings. Provide technical support maintenance and post-installation service. Strong understanding of speakers amplifiers acoustics home theaters and AV signal flow. Experience with luxury residential smart home or automation projects will be preferred. Ability to lead installation teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication problem-solving and client-handling skills. Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
