- Build onboard and manage relationships with vendors and external partners.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network across relevant categories.
- Monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvements in quality cost and service delivery.
- Ensure timely resolution of vendor-related issues and escalations.
- Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive pricing and favorable contractual terms.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities while maintaining quality and service standards.
- Support vendor selection onboarding contract renewals and procurement activities.
- Partner with internal business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective procurement support.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication and regular updates.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services through effective vendor coordination.
- Maintain procurement documentation contracts invoices and compliance records.
- Ensure adherence to company policies procurement processes and quality standards.
- Lead mentor and support the Vendor Management team.
- Allocate responsibilities monitor performance and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Foster a collaborative high-performance and customer-focused work environment.
- Bachelors degree in Business Commerce Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Vendor Management Procurement Strategic Sourcing or Vendor Operations.
- Prior experience leading or mentoring a team.
- Strong expertise in vendor management commercial negotiations and procurement operations.
- Experience managing both B2B and B2C vendor ecosystems.
- Proven ability to build and maintain a strong vendor network.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in handling multi-domain market research projects (B2B and B2C) will be preferred.
- Strong communication negotiation analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement documentation.
