Senior Associate Technical Project Manager
Job Summary
The Program and Project Management role is responsible for planning organizing and controlling resources/processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope time quality and budget constraints. As a subject matter expert in Project/Program Management this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities developing project schedules and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Estimates the costs resources and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
- Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
- Monitors the status of projects including cost timing and staffing.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Coaches reviews and delegates work to lower level professionals.

- Agile & Scrum Expertise: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks including facilitating sprint planning daily stand-ups retrospectives and backlog grooming to ensure iterative and value-driven project delivery.
- Delivery Management: Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams ensuring on-time within-budget execution while proactively identifying risks dependencies and mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum.
- Stakeholder & Communication Management: Strong track record of engaging and aligning senior stakeholders product owners and business partners through clear status reporting escalation management and transparent communication of project milestones blockers and key decisions.
- Metrics & Continuous Improvement: Proficiency in tracking and reporting Agile delivery metrics such as velocity burn-down charts cycle time and sprint performance with a focus on driving continuous process improvement and team efficiency across delivery cycles.
- Tools & Collaboration Platforms: Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira Confluence Azure DevOps or equivalent platforms combined with the ability to foster a high-performing collaborative team culture in both on-site and remote environments.
