Responsibilities Design develop and maintain dashboards KPI trackers scorecards and reports to support business performance monitoring and leadership decision-making. Analyze business and operational data to identify trends risks opportunities and provide actionable insights. Drive end-to-end planning governance and execution of cross-functional strategic projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Track project progress KPIs risks issues dependencies and benefits realization while providing executive-level reporting and updates. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to facilitate decision-making stakeholder alignment and effective project governance. Analyze and optimize business processes by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing operational excellence initiatives. Develop and maintain process maps SOPs playbooks governance documentation and process repositories to support standardization and scalability. Identify opportunities for automation AI-enabled reporting workflow digitization and productivity improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Leverage AI-powered tools and analytics solutions to improve reporting project management stakeholder communication and business insights. Qualifications Bachelors degree in business engineering finance or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Analytics PMO Strategy Process Excellence Operations Consulting or Transformation roles. Strong data analytics and visualization skills (Excel Power BI PowerPoint Power Query are must-haves). Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma Agile and project management methodologies. Knowledge of process mapping process improvement and operational excellence methodologies. Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot ChatGPT Claude) to improve productivity reporting and analytics. Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong business acumen and consultative thinking. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
