About the role:

WeWork India is seeking a Sr. Associate Growth Operations to help enable and assist its sales operations efforts. This role will be part of our Sales Organization - with cross-functional responsibilities and interaction with stakeholders from other functions in the organization as an integral part of the role.

The Growth Operations team plays a critical role in enabling business growth by driving broadly four functions: data reporting and management analytics and insights business reviews and sales operations. The team partners closely with Sales Marketing Finance and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting generate actionable insights facilitate leadership reviews and support the sales organization through effective management of tools systems and operational processes.

The candidate will endeavour to provide critical insights inform our strategy and execute on a diverse range of initiatives including growth insights strategic planning sales strategy sales incentives and goal setting - with the key objective being the improvement of efficiency and driving results.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of projects and reports related to analysis and measurement of progress towards OKRs and key org goals including but not limited to the supporting the development of dashboards on Salesforce and BI tools

• Create presentations for Leadership Reviews/Team meetings that present the Sales team achievements and strategies

• Maintaining all Sales data and ensuring that all stakeholders are presented with the correct data

• Trouble-shooting & assistance for teams across India - basis their specific data or systems-related requests

• Manage partner reporting by mapping the partner ecosystem and tracking revenue. Responsibilities include invoice and fee letter generation payout tracking data management and delivering analytical insights while collaborating closely with Sales and Finance teams to ensure accurate reporting and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Attributes:

• Minimum 2 years experience in Sales Operations Sales Strategy Business Operations Management Consulting Financial Services or similar role

• Experienced with sales metrics and processes and data management

• A Bachelors Degree preferably in Engineering Science or Mathematics (3-4 year degree) with quantitative focus.

• Team player demonstrates highest levels of ownership and ultimately focuses on delivering results with high standards

• Ability to exercise sound judgment in ambiguity - willing to patiently support the team with any assistance needed

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills strong attention to detail and good follow-through

• Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
