Senior Analyst, SAP Procure to Pay

As a Senior Analyst SAP Procure to Pay (PTP) this position would be responsible for the solution design build/configuration testing deployment support integrity and ongoing management of PTP processes through continuous business support of the solution in Production. Serve as the SAP functional senior analyst in PTP by providing experience and deep understanding of procurement business processes and exception scenarios and a comprehensive knowledge of PTP related tools/systems. This role will be responsible for configuring the PTP solution in SAP S4 Fashion to enable the desired business processes functionality. This position will also be responsible to complete detailed functional specifications and quality testing for SAP development objects to deliver the approved end-to-end PTP solution within Ralph Laurens application environment.

• Lead or actively participate in all phases of the SAP S/4HANA implementation lifecycle for the procure to pay solution area including global design detailed design and build (including configuration and application development objects) security design testing data migration go-live and post-go-live support.
• Translate the business requirements into effective SAP PTP solutions leveraging standard S/4HANA functionalities and industry best practices
• Capture & document business processes functional & data requirements and be able to communicate with technical resources
• Develop comprehensive functional specifications for RICEFW (Reports Interfaces Conversions Enhancements Forms Workflows) objects and work closely with technical teams (ABAP Fiori Integration specialists) to ensure successful development and delivery
• Conduct thorough unit testing integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate configured solutions and ensure they meet business requirements
• Participate in data migration activities including data cleansing mapping and loading for project-related master and transactional data
• Provide training and support to end-users ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance Procurement Sales Production etc.) to ensure seamless integration points and end-to-end process efficiency
• Configure and customize SAP PTP modules and integrate with other SAP modules (OTC RTR Retail and Logistics)
• Stay updated with the latest SAP S/4HANA innovations specifically in the Procure to Pay area and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex SAP product related issues providing expert guidance and solutions

• Bachelors degree in supply chain Computer Science Mathematics Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of SAP PTP / MM work experience with 2 experience in SAP S4 solution (Fashion solution preferred)
• At least two full project lifecycle experience preferably on SAP S4.
• SAP certified Associates would be preferred.
• Extensive experience in SAP PTP processes and SAP S/4 HANA Fashion Solution.
• Sound knowledge of Purchase Requisitions Purchase Orders Goods receipts Invoice receipt MRP and Inventory management Third Party / Drop shipment Purchase pricing and inbound tax configurations familiarity with EDI Order processing ASN Billing and Material Ledger processes.
• Work experience in special procurement such as consignments contracts subcontracting and scheduling agreements
• Exposure to output configurations the Adobe and BRF setup in S4 Hana
• Work experience with 3PL systems & integration with WMS warehouse management systems.
• Strong experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic business environment.
• Is a confident energetic self-starter with strong people skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction to achieve expected results
