Senior Analyst, SAP HCM

Job Responsibilities:
This role will be part of Magnas growing internal SAP AMS HCM team supporting Magna divisions in their daily business within SAP HCM. Main responsibilities are support activities regarding time management and payroll as the biggest part of our SAP AMS HCM service (incidents and service requests). Additionally the role will collaborate within rollouts as well as smaller change request projects.
Major Responsibilities
Configuration maintenance and improvement of Magnas existing and growing SAP HCM landscape
Participation in day-to-day support business (ticketing) with incidents and service requests related to time management payroll personnel administration organizational management and Fiori
Support of our Workday integration and re-integration processes
Collaboration in rollout and implementation projects
Self-responsible coordination and execution of small projects (change requests)
Communication with customers external partners and colleagues globally
Knowledge and Education
University Degree/College Diploma or a minimum of 5 recent years of experience in a similar position
General process know how within Human Resources area
Work Experience
Minimum 5-7 years of work-related experience in SAP AMS HCM area regarding positive time management and payroll
Skills and Competencies
Deep know how in SAP positive Time management
Know how in SAP Payroll Personnel administration Organizational management and Travel management
Know how in SAP Fiori platform SAP (HCM) authorizations and ALE integrations
Strong organizational analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the clients needs and situation
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Strong customer service skills
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English (written and oral)
