Senior Analyst Residue

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for the analysis of pesticide residues in food and feed samples using advanced analytical instruments such as LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS. The role includes instrument operation maintenance calibration preparation of standards documentation and ensuring compliance with laboratory quality management systems.

• Perform analysis of pesticide residues in food and feed samples as per validated methods and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Operate troubleshoot and maintain LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS instruments to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct routine calibration and performance verification of LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS systems.
• Maintain and manage certified reference standards including inventory control storage conditions and expiry tracking.
• Measurement of uncertainty.
• Ensure accurate documentation of analytical data calibration records maintenance logs and quality control results.
• Adhere to laboratory quality systems  and safety procedures.
• Participate in method validation proficiency testing and internal quality assurance activities.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Chemistry Analytical Chemistry Food Technology Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.
