Senior Analyst Asset Management

We are looking for an analytical and collaborative Senior Analyst - Asset Management to manage complex Asset Management master data activities across SAP PM ERP and MDM systems.

The selected individual will work with business and technical teams to resolve data issues maintain critical maintenance master data support governance implementation and improve data quality across the Asset Master Data and Asset Readiness disciplines.

The role is a great opportunity for a professional with experience in Asset Management SAP PM maintenance master data and data governance.

Success in this role will require strong analytical capability sound problem-solving skills and the ability to manage priorities with moderate autonomy.

The successful candidate will maintain functional locations equipment records and bills of materials conduct data quality assessments support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

The role will also involve supporting smaller data projects collaborating on larger initiatives and working with business teams to define requirements and resolve master data issues.

Function: Asset Management Master Data Management

Your scope will include but is not limited to the following:

• Manage and update maintenance master data across SAP PM ERP and MDM systems in accordance with defined business and data standards.
• Maintain functional locations equipment records and bills of materials to defined data-quality standards.
• Support the maintenance of maintenance plans task lists and measurement points.
• Prepare asset downtime performance and cost data for analysis and reporting.
• Apply defined master data taxonomy naming conventions and data-quality requirements consistently

• Conduct data quality assessments and identify process deviations.
• Support defect elimination data cleansing and continuous improvement activities.
• Identify recurring data-quality concerns and contribute to practical improvement recommendations.
• Lead smaller data projects and collaborate with team members on larger improvement initiatives.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and support their implementation.

• Support the implementation of data governance and compliance policies.
• Monitor data integrity across the relevant Asset Management systems.
• Conduct routine audits and escalate data-quality or compliance concerns appropriately.
• Help ensure that maintenance master data remains accurate consistent and aligned with relevant standards.
• Maintain awareness of the impact that incorrect or incomplete master data may have on maintenance and reliability activities.

• Work with business teams to understand data requirements and resolve master data issues.
• Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders across Asset Management activities.
• Contribute to reports presentations and data-quality improvement recommendations.
• Communicate factual and technical information clearly and concisely.
• Manage assigned priorities independently while escalating concerns when required.

• Support FMEA/FMECA and Root Cause Analysis data workshops.
• Build knowledge of reliability methodologies and integrated system requirements.
• Share knowledge and learning with colleagues.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Contribute positively to team learning and continuous improvement activities.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A Mechanical or Electrical Engineering degree or a bachelors degree/Diploma/ITI in Engineering Information Systems Asset Management or a related field.
• Between four and six years of engineering experience.
• Three to four years of experience in master data management or data governance.
• Knowledge of Asset Management and reliability fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with SAP PM transaction codes and data management tools.
• Strong experience with SAP Manage Physical Assets or the SAP PM module.
• Practical experience managing functional locations equipment records and bills of materials.
• Knowledge of maintenance plans task lists and measurement points.
• Experience in master data management data governance and data-quality assessment.
• Experience supporting data-quality audits cleansing and defect-elimination activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication collaboration and stakeholder-engagement skills.
• The ability to manage priorities with appropriate independence.
• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Knowledge of SAP Materials Management processes.
• Knowledge of reliability engineering principles.
• Understanding of preventative maintenance processes and systems.
• Knowledge of maintenance shutdowns and shutdown cycles.
• Experience in MPA master data and long-term or short-term maintenance planning.
• Trade or engineering qualifications.
• Exposure to FMEA/FMECA and Root Cause Analysis data requirements.
• Proficiency in Power BI SQL databases or similar data analysis and reporting tools.
• Exposure to project management activities.
