Senior Analyst AI Engineering and Automation
Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implementand implementAIsolutions;ensuring qualityperformanceand reliability in line with team standards and established procedures.
- Chip in to the teams adoption of best practicesin softwaredevelopment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across finance and technology toimplement requirements and chip in to well-defined technical solutions!
- Collaborate efficiently within geographically dispersed teams
- Collect user feedback andparticipatein design iterations to improve usability and happiness!
- Work on solving sophisticated problems under the guidance of senior team members applying existingproceduresand escalating whereappropriate.
- Handle risks related to quality and delivery timeliness with awareness of the potential for significant schedule delays on interdependent work streams.
We expect you to have:
- Strongproficiencyin Python with a good understanding of its ecosystem and best practices.
- Proficiencywith AWS and cloud technologies.
- Knowledge with Visual Studio Code and other modern development environments
- Understanding ofGenerative AI concepts including Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical applications.
- Proficiencywith version control systems particularly Git.
- Good interpersonal skills able to explain technical concepts concisely to team members and stakeholders.
- Experience:Approximately 2 to 4 years of software development experience with at least some exposure to AI/ML concepts or tools.
- Experience working in or supporting finance-related environments is a plus though not.
- Familiarity with RPA tools (e.g. Automation Anywhere Blue Prism) or web-scraping techniques is a plus.
- Familiarity with Spec-Driven Development Methodologiesa plus

- Preferred Qualifications
Education:Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems Mathematics or a related field; or equivalent work experience.
