Job Title - Senior Amazon Connect Engineer

Experience - 4-10 Years

Location - Hyderabad Chennai

Notice - Immediate to 15 Days

Requirements-

The ideal candidate should have practical experience with Amazon Connect and its integration with AWS services particularly AWS Lambda along with strong programming knowledge in Python or .

Key Responsibilities

* Design configure develop and support Amazon Connect contact center solutions.

* Develop and customize contact flows routing queues IVR and related Amazon Connect components.

* Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS services and enterprise applications.

* Develop and maintain *AWS Lambda functions for Amazon Connect integrations and automation.

* Develop backend integrations using Python and/or .

* Troubleshoot Amazon Connect Lambda and integration-related issues.

* Work with APIs and third-party applications to integrate contact center solutions.

* Support production deployments incident resolution and performance improvements.

* Collaborate with application cloud DevOps and business teams to deliver contact center solutions.

* Participate in solution design testing deployment and post-production support.

* Follow cloud security scalability reliability and operational best practices.

* Where applicable use *Terraform* or Infrastructure-as-Code practices for AWS infrastructure provisioning and management.

Mandatory Skills

1. Amazon Connect - *Critical / Non-Negotiable*

Strong hands-on experience with:

* Amazon Connect

* Contact Flows

* IVR

* Queues

* Routing

* Contact Center Configuration

* Amazon Connect Integrations

* Production Support.

2. AWS Lambda - *High Priority*

* AWS Lambda

* Lambda integrations

* Serverless application development

* Lambda-based automation

3. Python or - *High Priority*

Preferred Skills

Terraform - Preferred

* Terraform

* Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

* AWS infrastructure provisioning

Contact Center Domain Experience

Experience with enterprise contact center technologies and platforms such as:

* Amazon Connect

* Genesys

* Twilio

* NICE

* Avaya

* Cisco

Amazon Connect experience remains the primary requirement.

The ideal candidate should have:

* 4-8 years* of overall IT experience.

* Strong hands-on *Amazon Connect* experience.

* Experience working with *AWS Lambda*.

* Strong programming experience in *Python or *.

* Experience integrating Amazon Connect with enterprise applications.

* Good understanding of APIs and cloud integrations.

* Experience supporting production environments.

* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

* Good communication and collaboration skills.
