Job Description:

Build and optimize RAG-based applications and LLM-powered solutions.
Develop AI workflows using Azure AI Foundry Prompt Flow and Agent Services.
Fine-tune LLMs using LoRA PEFT and instruction tuning techniques.
Design and manage MLOps pipelines using MLflow DVC and CI/CD tools.
Deploy and monitor AI models on AKS/Kubernetes.
Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Search Cosmos DB and Azure Data Factory.
Implement Responsible AI practices including content safety and hallucination monitoring.
Mentor junior engineers and participate in architecture reviews.
