We are looking for an experiencedSenior AI Engineer to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) Agentic AI Advanced RAG and modern AI frameworks. You will play a key role in architecting scalable AI applications mentoring team members and driving AI innovation from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and deploy production-grade LLM-powered applications using Python.
Architect and implement Agentic AI systems with multi-agent orchestration tool calling memory and workflow automation.
Design and optimize Advanced RAG pipelines using vector databases hybrid search and enterprise knowledge sources.
Develop and integrate Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers and AI tool integrations.
Build and optimize prompt engineering strategies AI evaluations and guardrails for enterprise use cases.
Optimize token usage latency and cost for production AI applications.
Integrate AI models using REST APIs SDKs and cloud AI services such as Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
Build AI solutions using frameworks such as LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel and LlamaIndex.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and production-ready AI solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to AI best practices architecture and technical decision-making.
Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies frameworks and industry trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science AI Data Science or a related field.
610 years of software development experience with at least 3 years in AI/ML or Generative AI.
Strong proficiency in Python and API development.
Hands-on experience with:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Agentic AI and multi-agent frameworks
Advanced RAG architectures
Prompt Engineering
Embeddings semantic search and vector databases
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Experience with LangChain LangGraph Semantic Kernel LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
Experience with Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Foundry OpenAI APIs or equivalent cloud AI platforms.
Strong understanding of token optimization model evaluation observability and performance tuning.
Excellent problem-solving communication and technical leadership skills.
Nice-to-Have
Experience with Claude APIs GitHub Copilot integrations or enterprise AI copilots.
Knowledge of fine-tuning LLMOps and MLOps.
Experience with Docker Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Exposure to React Streamlit or Gradio for AI application development.
Experience building enterprise-scale AI solutions on Azure or other cloud platforms.
