Independently able to perform detailed analysis/troubleshooting for incidents reported and drive for closure.
Analyze / Perform recommended changes on LAN/WAN infrastructure with utmost care
Monitors network usage and performance through network management tools.
Eager and capable to work in a global multi-cultural team and to develop him/her self
Capacity reporting.
Documenting knowledge articles for critical incident/ changes
Good understanding of ITIL processes
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent presentation skills. Well versed in English.
Good experience in using Microsoft Visio.
Operational Knowledge of Firewalls Checkpoint / Fortinet
Fair Understanding of other components in DataCenter Stack : Server - Blade / Rack Vmware DC Virtualization Storage & Backup
Ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff as required.
Ability to work in a virtual team environment.
Ability to identify problems and work to resolution as required.
Should be a team player
Education qualifications and certifications
Bachelor Degree or M.C.A
Cisco / Juniper Certifications (CCNA /JNCIA & CCNP / JNCIP at least Routing Switching)
vMWare Datacenter and Network Function Virtualization (NSX) - Desirable
Experience
Administrator : Minimum of 3-5 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Sr. Administrator : Minimum of 5-6 years related work experience in customer facing organizations within the telecom or IT industry.
Strong knowledge on Cisco Routing and switching also having experience on Security devices like Checkpoint / Fortinet Juniper etc
Good level of practiced technical knowledge.

Senior Administrator- Networks is a position in Orange cloud business operation entity. He is accountable for delivery of network services to our internal and external customers.
He is responsible to manage and deploy network equipments for different data center and Customers across the globe.
Provide L2/L3 Support on network Infrastructure services to customers in 24 X 7 support model.
You bring a can-do attitude tackle challenges head-on and challenge the status quo with new and innovative ideas.
