Job Summary

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Accountant with knowledge of (GST) this role you will oversee day-to-day book keeping manage financial reporting ledger posting banking. Having knowledge of Tally

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management.

  • Prepare trial balances profit & loss statements balance sheets and monthly cash flow reports.

  • Coordinate with internal teams management and external auditors for annual financial closing and audits.

GST Compliance & Taxation Management

  • Prepare verify and file monthly quarterly and annual GST returns (including GSTR-1 GSTR-3B GSTR-9 and GSTR-9C) within statutory deadlines.

  • Conduct monthly Input Tax Credit (ITC) reconciliations between books of accounts and portal data (GSTR-2A / 2B) to eliminate mismatches.

  • Manage GST registrations amendments e-Way bills and e-invoicing processes.

  • Monitor and compute statutory tax liabilities ensuring timely tax payments (CGST SGST IGST and TDS/TCS wherever applicable).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Commerce (B. Com) or a related field (M. Com/Inter-CA/CPA preferred).

  • Experience: 3 years of professional accounting experience with direct exposure to GST compliance and filing.

  • Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Tally accounting software.

  • Expert knowledge of MS Excel

  • Hands-on experience working directly on government GST portals.
