Job Summary

Manage end-to-end accounting operations for Indian and UK entities.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records.

Generate sales orders raise invoices and manage accounts receivable and payable.

Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.

Prepare monthly quarterly and annual MIS reports and financial statements.

Support budgeting forecasting and financial planning activities.

Ensure compliance with Indian and UK accounting standards taxation and statutory regulations including GST TDS VAT and other applicable requirements.

Handle foreign accounts inter-company transactions and multi-currency accounting.

Manage accounting operations using Zoho Books and Microsoft Excel.

Coordinate with auditors tax consultants and regulatory authorities during internal and external audits.

Assist with HMRC-related accounting and compliance activities.

Collaborate with UK stakeholders and internal departments to ensure timely financial reporting and operational efficiency.

Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and strengthen financial controls.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance Commerce or a related field (Masters degree or professional qualification preferred).
57 years of experience in accounting finance or financial operations.
Strong knowledge of Indian and UK accounting standards taxation statutory compliance and financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Books Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Experience in managing foreign accounts and multi-currency transactions.
Strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills.
High level of accuracy integrity and confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with UK-based stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in an IT SaaS or product-based organization.
Knowledge of VAT HMRC compliance and international accounting practices.
Experience in process improvement and financial controls.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
