Job Summary

Coordinate the academic activities of the senior secondary section.

Support teachers in curriculum planning lesson delivery assessments and academic documentation.

Monitor syllabus completion and academic progress across subjects.

Coordinate examinations assessments schedules and result analysis.

Guide teachers in maintaining academic standards and effective classroom practices.

Monitor student performance and identify areas requiring academic support.

Coordinate with parents teachers counsellors and school leadership.

Support students with academic planning subject choices and higher-education preparation.

Organize academic meetings workshops and professional-development activities.

Ensure effective implementation of school policies and academic procedures.

Requirements

Masters degree in Education or a relevant subject.

. qualification is required/preferred depending on school requirements.

Relevant teaching experience at the senior secondary level.

Prior experience as a Coordinator Academic Leader HOD or similar role is preferred.

Strong knowledge of senior secondary curriculum and assessment practices.

Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with teachers students parents and school management.

Required Skills:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Education or a relevant field. . NTT . Montessori or other recognized teacher-training qualification. Prior experience in pre-primary/early-years education is required. Experience in a coordination or leadership role is preferred. Strong classroom-management and team-coordination skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Good understanding of early childhood education and development.

Required Education:
