Security Team Leader

Responsibilities

Youll play a vital part in keeping people property and information safe. That includes:

• Supervise a team of Security Officers and Controllers ensuring adherence to procedures policies and legal requirements including the Data Protection Act and Health and Safety at Work Act
• Provide operational support and act as a point of contact after hours as needed taking the lead during incidents and ensuring effective management and escalation of emergencies
• Respond to incidents in back-of-house areas and manage alarm activations effectively 
• Ensure effective execution of duties such as patrols CCTV monitoring and emergency response
• Immediately inform emergency services during major incidents contact relevant managements representatives and take necessary actions per assignment instructions 
• Coordinate daily post rotations including task assignments and breaks. Conduct regular visits to posts to monitor performance and welfare
• Plan and deliver activities and services to specified standards to meet expectations
