Security Officer
Job Summary
Responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests Heartists visitors and hotel property. Ensure effective surveillance access control regular security patrols and timely response to security incidents and emergencies. Monitor CCTV and hotel security systems control access to restricted areas maintain security records and prepare incident reports. Support fire and life-safety procedures emergency response lost & found processes and investigations as required. Coordinate with various hotel departments to address security concerns and ensure compliance with hotel and Accor security standards. Maintain a professional alert and service-oriented approach while ensuring guest and Heartist safety at all times.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 102 / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in hotel security hospitality corporate security defence or a similar environment preferred.
- Knowledge of security procedures fire safety and emergency response.
- Good observation vigilance and incident-handling skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work effectively in shifts including nights weekends and public holidays.
- Strong integrity discipline confidentiality and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and capable of responding effectively to security and emergency situations.
